The journey begins with a morning workshop, where we guide you through intention setting and letting go, gentle movement practices such as yoga or Pilates, inspiring Executive in Residence talks, and deeply calming sound baths.

Led by Kimberly Copeland — an ordained minister and power yoga teacher — the movement and journaling sessions are open-level, soulful, and grounding. Kim believes that transformation begins in the body and ripples outward into our communities.

You'll also hear from Leticia Brown, our Guest Executive in Wellness — a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Sex Therapist, Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist, and Professor of Integral Counseling Psychology — who will share insights on holistic healing, emotional resilience, and self-connection.

In the afternoon, you'll immerse yourself in a 60-minute spa treatment designed to release tension and restore vitality, followed by a nourishing lunch at The Parker.
