The Exhale Experience is a rare, intentional gathering of women who are choosing to pause, reconnect, and pour into themselves and each other. Designed as a full-day sanctuary away from the noise of everyday life, this experience blends luxury, wellness, and community in a way that feels personal, restorative, and deeply special.

A DAY OF PURPOSE, PRESENCE, AND COMMUNITY

Morning Connection | 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
You’ll begin with a mindful morning workshop rooted in intention, release, and renewal. Through guided discussions, gentle movement, you’ll connect not only to yourself, but also to the incredible women in the room.
This is where strangers become community and where the energy of the day begins to shift.

Afternoon Renewal | 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM
Each guest receives a dedicated 60-minute luxury spa treatment (massage, facial, or customized service), designed to melt away tension and support full-body restoration.
This isn’t a rushed appointment, it’s private, indulgent, and tailored for your needs. A treatment of this level typically ranges from $250 to $350 on its own at high-end spas. Here, it’s part of a larger healing journey.

Closing Circle | 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
You’ll end the day with a peaceful, meaningful ceremony that brings the group back together. It’s a moment to honor the intentions you set, the clarity you gained, and the community you built. The closing circle is held over cocktails and is a chance for our attendees to network and share in a fun environment. The Closing Circle is optional.
